How does a session go?

We start by informing about Innerdance Kundalini Activation, about the session and what you can experience.

After that, you comfortly lie down on your mat and put a blindfold on (we have if you want to borrow). This is to reduce distractions such as light, movements, etc. You are then guided through your breathing to unwind and get in touch with your body.

During the session, music is used to influence your brain waves and the energy flow in your body to take you into a trance-like state. Together with our energy work, the nervous system enters a deep relaxation. In this state, the inner life force is activated and your body can release stagnant energy, let emotions from deep within emerge, feel pleasure and get in touch with the strength of the soul, etc. Your body starts to heal itself.

You relax, let go of your thoughts to be able to let out your emotions and follow your body’s natural and own movements. We hold, support and guide you in your process throughout the session. Let the music guide you and discover the body’s inner healing power.

The session ends in stillness with tea and (completely optional) sharing.

Is it dangerous?

No, absolutely not. Everyone has the universal life force energy within them. We “just” awaken /activate /work with it.

Is it like KAP /LFA?

It is exactly the same energies that we work with/activate. However, we can use the music in slightly different ways.

KAP (Kundalini Activation Process) is a brand.
LFA (Life Force Activation) is a brand.

Both of the above come from the same origin as Innerdance Kundalini Activation.

Why shouldn't I eat right before?

If you eat too much or too heavy food too close to the session, it can limit your body, its movements, etc. In the worst case, you may even feel nauseous during the session.
It is best not to eat anything at all for 2 hours before the session.

What points are you touching on my body?

We mainly work with the largest chakra points in the body:

Root Chakra, at the end of the spine – Trust.
Sacral Chakra, about 3 cm below the navel – Sexuality / Creativity.
Solar Plexus Chakra, just above the navel – Wisdom / Power.
Heart Chakra, at our heart – Love / Healing.
Throat Chakra, in the lower part of the throat – Communication.
Brow Chakra, in the middle just above our eyes (often called the “third eye”) – Awareness.
Crown Chakra, just above our head – Spirituality.

Sometimes also with other chakras, your feet, shoulders, etc.

I feel low/ sad/ confused after a session?

When the Kundalini energy is activated, it works with your nervous system so that you can relax, come down into your body. Feel instead of think.
The stress is released, your body gets the opportunity to release old stagnant emotions, blockages are dissolved and what has been pushed away is allowed to come to the surface.

If you have felt and released a lot of emotions during the session, you may feel completely exhausted, a feeling of emptiness or confusion. This may be because you have accessed emotions that you usually do not reach. Then there will be a big difference in your body from before and after the session, which can be experienced physically.

Several days after the session, emotions may continue to come to the surface, those that you are ready to let go of. You may be overwhelmed by everything that has happened and is happening inside you.

Therefore, it is important to take care of yourself afterwards. Both with rest and water if that is what your body needs. Time to integrate and land in the new. So listen to your body as best you can and take loving care of yourself. ❤️

Can you have trouble sleeping after a session?

Sometimes it can be difficult to sleep after a Kundalini Activation. There are a lot of energies in motion in your body, combined with things we have pushed away, the subconscious, having the opportunity to come to the surface. These can be strong emotions and /or events. So it is not uncommon for your sleep at night to be affected, either because the energy boost is high so that sleep stays away or because the night becomes a little restless as we process a lot in our dreams.

This is not dangerous. Take your time to integrate and land in the new, and listen to your body as best you can and take loving care of yourself ❤️

I've participated before, can I participate again?
